All orders placed through our website or via WhatsApp/email are subject to confirmation and availability. We reserve the right to cancel or decline an order at our discretion. Full payment or an agreed deposit is required before production begins on any custom or bespoke order.

Bespoke & Custom Orders

By placing a bespoke order, you confirm that the measurements and design specifications you have provided are accurate. Nenye-Esthy Fashion House is not liable for fitting issues arising from inaccurate measurements provided by the client. All custom orders are non-refundable once production has commenced — please review our Refund and Returns Policy for full details.

Delivery

We endeavour to deliver all orders within the agreed timeframe. However, delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers or unforeseen circumstances.

Limitation of Liability

Nenye-Esthy Fashion House’s liability in respect of any order shall not exceed the total value paid for that order. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your purchase or use of our products.
